Q: What
is an Online Booking ID and how do I get one?
A: An Online
Booking ID stores all your information on our certified secure website
so that next time you want to book an online reservation you do not have
to reenter your address, telephone number, payment preference etc. To
obtain an Online Booking ID, you need to first make a reservation online
and on the very last page of the process (right after submitting the
reservation) is a link to create an Online Booking ID.
Q: What
kind of vehicles do you use?
A: Our Executive Car Service uses Lincoln Town Cars. Our van service
uses Ford vans, 11 passenger capacity (plus the driver) with plenty of
room for luggage.
Q: Where
are you located?
A: We have two bases of operation, one in Sheboygan, WI about 50 miles
north of Milwaukee and the other right near the airport in Milwaukee.
Q: Will
I have the vehicle to myself?
A: With the Exclusive Van and Executive Town Car Service you will have
exclusive use of the vehicle. With the Shared Ride Van Service, you may
be sharing the vehicle with others coming from or going to locations in
a similar direction to yours.
Q: Do
you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and
Diner's Club. We have a secure website so you can use your card with an
on-line reservation. You can also use your card at our customer service
desk at the airport. Drivers are not set up to accept credit cards on
board their vehicles.
Q: What
if my flight is late?
A: We monitor incoming flights and try to make appropriate adjustments
to the delays. Flights are sometimes delayed indefinitely or even
cancelled. In these cases, please call us and keep us updated.
Q: Can
you pick me up at my home?
A: Yes. We can pick you up at home and take you to and from any airport.
Q: How
much notice do you need for a reservation?
A: It's nice for us to have 24 hour advance reservations, especially for
departures. Generally speaking, the further you are from the airport and
the earlier your pick up time must be, the more notice we need. Last
minute calls are going to happen and we deal with them as best we can.
Q: Do
you do groups and charter work?
A: Yes, we handle groups going to and from the airport and other travel
destinations. Please call our offices for more information.
Q. Where
is your Booth Located at Mitchell Field?
A: It is at baggage claim #3.
